1) Be Like Moses (Beginner / Intermediary)

Miriam Jaffe

It’s got to be one of the most mystical portions of the Torah. When Moses asks G-d, ‘Please, show me Your glory.’ (Exodus 33:18) What exactly did Moses want? What was G-d’s answer? And what is the message to us? This class is a wonderful opportunity to explore Torah text and the traditional commentaries and discover new insights and powerful spiritual tools for living.

2) Biblical Role Models for Jewish Women of Today (Advanced)

Chani Friedman

History is filled with Jewish women who serve as role models for all of us. This session will highlight four women who developed unique relationships with G-d and their heritage. Compare and contrast the challenges they faced, how they responded, and their impact on Jewish History.

3) The Continuing Journey Towards Jewish Tradition

Robin Loeb and Michele Wolff

Over the past three or four decades, thousands of successful and highly educated Jewish men and women around the world have taken a journey. A personal journey to a life of Torah and the traditional Jewish life of their grandparents and great grandparents. What’s the journey like?  What motivates them? And how do they deal with the many issues that arise?  Join two CTN students as each shares her personal perspective on her personal journey.
